This video explains how to handle duplicate unique IDs when submitting a pre-ed file. In Claims and Pre-Ed, choose the data entry method, click Next, select your file, and click Verify. If duplicates are detected, a warning message will appear saying the import file contains duplicates and may create multiple claims. To continue anyway, click Save. To fix the issue, click Back to Step 2, revise the source file to remove unwanted duplicates, and repeat the import process. Once saved, the claims are added to the Pre-Ed queue and wait to be submitted.
